Do you wipe my laptop before you pay for it?
Yes. We erase every drive in front of you, then pay. Nothing changes hands until the data is gone.
Can my company get a record of every drive?
Yes. Every storage device is wiped or physically destroyed, and businesses get a serial-numbered record for each device for their audit file.
Do you take hard drives and SSDs on their own?
Yes. Internal and external hard drives, and SATA, M.2 and NVMe SSDs, working or for scrap. Drives we buy are wiped before we pay.
What happens to drives that cannot be reused?
They are wiped or physically destroyed before recycling, then handed to authorised recyclers with the rest of the e-waste.
Can you collect drives and computers from our office?
Yes. Pickup is free anywhere in Bengaluru. Bulk pickups include an itemised inventory, and a spreadsheet of asset tags helps us prepare the paperwork.
